The Pure One uses cold-air nano nebulisation — a technology that converts pure fragrance oil into an invisible dry micro-mist at room temperature. No water, no heat, no dilution. The scent is dispersed exactly as it was blended, at full strength, without adding humidity to the air. This is the same technology used in commercial hotel scenting systems.
At maximum intensity (level 6), the Pure One covers up to 100 m². For most homes, level 2–3 is more than sufficient for a living room or hallway up to 40 m². In smaller rooms, start on level 1 and work up from there. The 30 min on / 30 min off rhythm on the 1-hour timer is the most popular setting — it keeps the scent fresh without building up.
Yes. The cold-air nebulisation mechanism has no moving parts that generate audible sound. In a normal living environment, at any intensity level, you will not hear the Pure One running. Many customers run it in the bedroom overnight on level 1 without it disturbing their sleep.
The Pure One runs on an internal rechargeable battery. No cable is needed during normal operation — you simply place it where you want it and run it wirelessly. Charge it via the included USB-C cable when needed. At typical use (level 3, 4–6 hours per day), most customers charge every 5–7 days. The Pure One can also run plugged in continuously if preferred.
Use the included remote control to adjust intensity (levels 1–6) and set the timer (1, 4 or 8 hours). The diffuser will switch itself off when the timer expires. Our recommended starting point: level 3, timer set to 1 hour, running on a 30 min on / 30 min off cycle. This gives a noticeable, consistent scent without using oil too quickly.
Absolutely. Lift the diffusion head, remove the current bottle, click in the next one — the Pure One is ready immediately. There is no residual scent transfer between fragrances. Many customers use different oils depending on the time of day: Ocean Breeze in the morning, The One in the evening, Day Dream in the bedroom.
Not at all. Start on level 1 or 2 and adjust from there. The Pure One is designed to cover up to 100 m², so in a smaller space even the lowest setting delivers a present, clean scent. The 30 min on / 30 min off timer rhythm works particularly well in smaller rooms — it prevents the scent from building up.
The Pure One is designed for Pip & Wells 120ml fragrance oils. We strongly recommend using only Pip & Wells oils to maintain optimal performance and keep your 3-year warranty valid. Using third-party oils can cause blockages in the nebulising mechanism and voids the warranty.
Up to 60 days at typical use — level 3 intensity, running approximately 4–6 hours per day on a 30 min on / 30 min off cycle. At maximum intensity in a large space, the bottle will empty faster. With all three oils from the giftbox, that's up to 6 months of scenting before you need to reorder.
This is a known characteristic of The One and is not mould, contamination or damage. The fragrance contains citrus components that can react with the plastic of the bottle over time, causing the inside of the bottle to discolour slightly or develop a light residue on the inner wall.

Importantly, this reaction happens on the plastic — not in the oil itself. The quality, scent and safety of the fragrance oil are not affected in any way. The One can be used as normal.

All Pip & Wells fragrance oils are blended from high-grade natural essential oils. They contain no synthetic fillers and no artificial colours. The oils are 100% vegan and cruelty-free, and are free from parabens, formaldehyde, synthetic dyes and phthalates.
The One is our most popular fragrance and works in almost any room — warm, deep and unmistakably present. If you prefer something fresher for mornings or a home office, start with Ocean Breeze. For bedrooms and calmer evenings, Day Dream is the natural choice. There is no wrong answer — the three oils complement each other and each has its own distinct character.
Yes — all three fragrance oils are available to reorder individually for €32 per bottle, or as a three-oil set. We recommend reordering the same oils you already use to maintain performance and warranty coverage. Refill oils are available directly from pipandwells.com.

Free shipping is included on all orders above €50, to all destinations worldwide. The Pure One Giftbox (€139) and most other products in our range always qualify for free shipping automatically. For orders under €50, a small shipping fee applies at checkout.
Yes — we ship worldwide. Delivery to the United Kingdom takes 3–5 working days. For other destinations outside the EU, please allow 4–7 working days. All international orders include track & trace. Please note that import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Yes. Every order includes track & trace. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link within 12 hours of your order being dispatched. If you haven't received a tracking email, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@pipandwells.com.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bancontact. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store your payment details.
We're sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of the damaged packaging and/or product and send it to info@pipandwells.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly — no further steps required from your side.
The Pure One diffuser is covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your diffuser stops working or develops a fault under normal use, we will replace it at no cost.

The warranty applies when the Pure One is used exclusively with Pip & Wells fragrance oils. Using third-party oils may cause damage to the nebulising mechanism and will void the warranty.
You have 14 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund. To start a return, email us at info@pipandwells.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions immediately. Please return the product in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Opened fragrance oils cannot be returned if you simply dislike the scent — this is standard practice for personal fragrance products. If you are unsure which scent to choose, feel free to contact us at info@pipandwells.com before ordering and we will be happy to help you find the right fit.
First, check that the battery is charged (charge via USB-C for at least 30 minutes) and that the oil bottle is correctly inserted. If the diffuser still does not work, please contact us at info@pipandwells.com with a brief description and, if possible, a short video. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement under the 3-year warranty if applicable.
Yes. The Pure One uses cold-air diffusion — no heat, no flame. All Pip & Wells fragrance oils are free from parabens, formaldehyde, synthetic dyes and phthalates. The oils are 100% vegan and made from natural essential oils. The device is safe to use in homes with children. We recommend placing the diffuser out of reach of young children.
Yes, for most household pets. The fragrance oils contain no toxic compounds and the cold-air diffusion produces no harmful particles. The Pure One is safe around cats, dogs and most small animals. For birds or very small caged animals, we recommend using the diffuser at moderate intensity in a well-ventilated space, as birds can be sensitive to airborne substances in general.
Our oils are free from common irritants including parabens, formaldehyde, synthetic dyes and phthalates. They are made from natural essential oils and are suitable for most people. However, if you have known allergies or sensitivities to specific fragrance ingredients, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchase. Please contact us at info@pipandwells.com if you need specific ingredient information.
Yes. The Pure One is completely silent and safe to run overnight. We recommend level 1 or 2 for a bedroom and using the 8-hour timer so it switches off automatically. Many customers run Day Dream in the bedroom overnight — the soft, calming character of the scent works particularly well in a sleep environment.
No. Unlike water-based diffusers that produce visible steam, the Pure One disperses a dry micro-mist — entirely invisible and containing no water. It does not add humidity, does not create moisture on surfaces, and does not affect the air quality of the room in any measurable way. It is safe to use around artwork, electronics and sensitive furniture.
