1. Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded through pipandwells.com.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Product Information

We strive to present all products as accurately and clearly as possible, including descriptions, images, and specifications.

However:

Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur
Fragrance perception may vary per individual
Typographical or pricing errors may occasionally arise

Pip & Wells reserves the right to correct such errors and, if necessary, cancel or adjust an order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed:

Are listed in Euros
Include VAT where applicable
Exclude shipping costs unless explicitly stated otherwise

Orders are processed after full payment has been received.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country.

Pip & Wells reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or pricing errors.

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Conditions:

The product must be unused
Diffusers must be returned in original condition
Fragrance oils must remain sealed
Original packaging must be intact

Opened or used fragrance oils cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Warranty

Pip & Wells provides a 2 year warranty on manufacturing defects for its diffusers, in accordance with European consumer law.

This warranty covers defects that were not caused by misuse or improper handling.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse or accidents
Use of non approved oils
Improper cleaning or maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, please contact us at info@pipandwells.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

If the product is confirmed defective, we will offer repair, replacement, or an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

6. Liability

Pip & Wells shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our liability shall in all cases be limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery to the provided address.

Product descriptions
Images
Logos
Branding elements

is the exclusive property of Pip & Wells and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
