Return/Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to love your order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Policy & Return Deadline

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted, such as:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items that are not in their original condition
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Returns

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

After that, please contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping for Returns

To return your product, please email us at info@pipandwells.com.

We will respond within 24 hours with the return instructions.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
