Most diffusers dilute the fragrance with water — weakening the scent, creating humidity, and growing bacteria in the reservoir. The Pure One doesn't use water at all.
Cold-air nano nebulisation converts pure fragrance oil into an invisible dry micro-mist. No heat, no water, no dilution. The scent arrives exactly as it was blended — full strength, full character, consistently. The Pure One covers up to 100 m² on a single setting and runs whisper-quiet, even at maximum intensity.

Lift the diffusion head to reveal the fragrance vessel compartment. Insert your chosen Pip & Wells fragrance oil bottle.
Charge via USB-C for cordless use, or run plugged in. No cables are visible during wireless operation.
Use the remote to set intensity (1–6) and timer (1, 4 or 8 hrs). Most customers run level 3 on a 30 min on / 30 min off cycle.

The Pure One is designed for Pip & Wells 120ml fragrance oils. We recommend using only Pip & Wells oils to maintain optimal performance and keep your warranty valid. Using third-party oils may cause blockages and voids the 3-year warranty.
Battery life varies depending on intensity setting. At level 3 running 4–6 hours per day, most customers charge every 5–7 days. At maximum intensity the battery drains faster. The Pure One can also run plugged in via the included USB-C cable.
Yes. The cold-air nano nebulisation mechanism produces no audible sound at any intensity level. Customers regularly run it in bedrooms overnight without noticing it. It is not completely silent in an otherwise totally silent room at maximum intensity, but in normal living conditions you will not hear it.
Not at all. The Pure One covers up to 100 m² at maximum intensity — in a smaller space, level 1 or 2 is more than enough. Start low and adjust. The 30 min on / 30 min off timer cycle works particularly well in smaller rooms, keeping the scent present without building up.
